We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return. You do not need to provide a specific reason for this.

You have 12 hours from the time you place your order to cancel it or request a change. After this time, you will not be able to cancel or modify your order for logistical reasons. You may return your order at your own expense as soon as you receive it.

To be returned, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Some of our products cannot be returned:

To respect the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Your right of withdrawal expires 30 days after you take possession of the goods.

Consequences Of Cancellation :

In the event of your revocation, we will refund all payments received, except for any additional charges resulting from a choice of delivery other than the standard offered delivery. This refund will be credited within 14 business days to the account used for payment on our site. (see RETURN PAYMENT section).

Return Costs

Please note that if you decide to return a product for reasons other than defects or damage (for example, if you change your mind), you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. To ensure that the product is returned to us in good condition, we recommend that you choose a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.

If the returned product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and instruct you on the steps to take. In such cases, Brewvel will refund the return cost as part of our commitment to your satisfaction and consumer rights.

Proof Of Shipment

We strongly encourage you to request proof of shipment and follow our returns procedure.

WHAT IS A PROOF OF SHIPMENT?

A shipping receipt can be proof of package delivery, such as a photo of your order at your post office. We strongly encourage you to take a picture of your shipping receipt in case you lose it.

If we ask you for proof of shipment and you don’t have it, we cannot refund you.

Damage and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exchange
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and verified your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund. All refunds are processed within 14 days.
